Triple Crane offers a unique approach to QiGong practices such as Huayen Eight Ways of Body Preconditioning to prepare the body field and deepen into profound states of meditation. Master Hai (Winnie) teaches us how to use QiGong mixed with Yoga to support deep and profound states of meditation (dhyana).
