Registration Details

Children are Free! But what does that mean?

Entrance and camping for children 16 and under is free - But, meals are not included.

Children 16 and under will need to register with or without purchasing meal tickets. If bringing your own food for children there will be no refrigeration or kitchen privileges. Bring your own cooler. Children's food prices are being kept as low as possible.

Registration can be done with or without a Food Pass for children.

Indoor accommodations for those 16 and under are not free and are charged at the regular rate which includes all meals and activities.

All kinds of Passes/Registration give you access to meals being served at the event, in addition to all the activities taking place on the schedule. There is no form of registration that doesn't include meals.

Meals Included:

Friday Evening: Supper

Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper

Triple Crane Retreat Center has three ways you can attend the Yoga Community Gathering

1. Commuter

Commuter Pass includes ALL MEALS and Activities taking place on the grounds that weekend.

2. Camping

Camping Passes include a place to set up a tent or park an RV/Bus etc. The Full Weekend Pass includes All Activities and MEALS from Friday Dinner through Saturday Dinner.

With camping, no ground fires are allowed. Small camping stoves are welcome.

Weekend Camping Passes are PER PERSON not per tent.

If two or more people share a tent, each person will need to register and purchase their own pass.

Registration can be done with or without a Food Pass for children.

Campers have access to the indoor bathrooms and showers in Chan Hall.

3. Full Weekend w/Indoor Accommodations in shared rooms

Your Weekend Residential/Indoors Pass includes a bed in a shared room (2 to 3 people per room), ALL MEALS being served Friday night through Saturday Dinner as well as all Activities for the weekend.

Triple Crane provides bedding and towels for Weekend Residential/Indoor Passes.
