Yoga and Ayurveda for Fall and Early Winter lifestyle choices to support your health and wellness. Saturday, October 5th 10 am to Noon Fall brings cold weather and with it all kinds of concerns like bad moods and all kinds of common colds etc. These seasonal issues can take a toll on our well-being. Yoga and Ayurveda offer a variety of tools to help us manage the cold and dark seasons. In this class, we explore diet, herbs, and yoga protocols to bring balance and wellness during the darkest time of the year. Join us to prepare for the holidays and beyond. The class will include Yoga, Meditation, and teachings to help you thrive this fall and winter. Tea will be provided and some handouts to help you get organized for the fall season. Teacher info: Trevor Chaitanya Eller is a Certified Yoga Therapist, Ayurveda Consultant, and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Michigan. He has been applying Ayurveda in his personal life for over 20 years and can't wait to talk with you about your winter wellness routine and lead you through a set of grounding yoga and meditation.
