Introduction to Classical Hatha Yoga For Balanced Body and Mind In-Person and Online 4 Week Class Series: 4 Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:00 October 29th, November 12th & 26th December 10th. Suggested Donation $108 Warm up your autumn with this 4-week program, where you will experience being guided through Warm Up Exercises, Sun Salutations, and Yoga Asana, mixed with deep relaxation and profound Yogic Breathwork Meditations. This is a multi-level class suitable for beginner to advanced practitioners looking to experience the deeply relaxing and energizing benefits of Classical Hatha Yoga. While Classical Hatha Yoga is ancient, it is incredibly well-designed for our contemporary times. In this class, you will learn how to come in and out of active and passive poses, bringing you into deeper states of presence and awareness, all while strengthening your body and opening the flow of life force through your entire body. The teachings in this class are based on Rev. Trevor Chaitanya Eller’s over 27 years of Yoga practice that have included deep study in a variety of Yoga schools. Trevor has distilled the heart of yoga for you, offering classes that are informed by modern Western anatomy while sharing ancient yogic techniques safely for a variety of ages and skill levels. Class will be 90 minutes, including 60 minutes of physical yoga followed by 30 minutes of relaxation, breath work, and concluding with meditation.
