You’ll learn: - The healing Kidney sound “Chui” (吹) that melts fear & fatigue - 3 classic winter Qigong movements (Horse Stance Cloud Hands, Hold Feet to Tonify Kidneys, Heel Bouncing) - How to keep feet & lower back warm all winter - Delicious warming teas you can make at home (recipes included) Feel deeply warm, calm, and quietly energized – no sweating, only gentle nourishment. Students can receive one-on-one guidance from Master Hai (Winnie). These practices are also well suited for experienced meditators who want to go deeper by experiencing TCRC's unique use of yoga postures, QiGong, and breath work as catalysts for profound and sustained states of effortless meditation.
