Weekend Volunteer Retreat Program
Triple Crane Retreat Center is currently offering Weekend Volunteer Retreat Programming as part of our reopening on October 1st, 2021. This is an excellent option for individuals who may not have the financial resources to make a donation for our Sunday, 1 Day Meditation Retreats, but are able to spend some time volunteering. It is also an excellent option for people looking to connect more deeply and to create community as well as those looking for a silent contemplative retreat.
Day-Long Retreats on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month will be in English, the 1st and 3rd in Chinese. Arrival and departure time is flexible. Inspired by Huayen World, the eating schedule for the Volunteer Weekends at TCRC follows the 16:8 Intermittent Fasting schedule on Saturday & Sunday. Self-prepared meals are welcome for the Day Long Retreats on Sundays.
See the schedule below for details. There are always snacks like fruit, bread, crackers, and tea available at any time. Those who are unable to practice intermittent fasting for medical reasons are welcome to bring additional food.
