Service Description

This retreat is available with overnight accommodations in Chan Hall, Camping, or commuting. After you register we will contact you to discuss your overnight plans. Suggested donation for commuters $100 - $350 Overnight accommodations, $45 per night per person in addition to the donation for the retreat. The day is a mix of sitting, standing and walking meditation as well as Yoga and Chinese cultural exercises. This approach to practice is well-rounded to help prepare the body for deep and profound meditation. Triple Crane Retreat Center uses yoga asana, Chinese cultural exercises/Gong Fa, as well as walking and standing meditations as the dynamic aspect of practice. Seated meditation is the static aspect of practice. These retreats will leave you feeling balanced with a healthy body and calm mind.
